<b><i>Fontos-e a nyelv a filozófiának?</i></b></div>

A huszadik század második felében a nyelv (es ezen belül a nyelvi jelentés) az európai és észak-amerikai filozófia egyik központi problémája volt. Ez sem azelőtt, sem azután nem volt így. Előadásom azt vizsgálja, mi magyarázhatja ezt a tényt. Amellett fogok
érvelni, hogy a nyelvi jelentés előtérbe kerülése a filozófiai gondolkodás lehetőségének klasszikus empirista megkérdőjelezésével és az erre a kihívásra adott modern empirista válaszokkal függ össze. A nyelvi problematika jelenlegi háttérbe szorulása, ennek
megfelelően, az empirizmus filozófiai térvesztésének következménye.</div>
