For the other, we welcome applications from candidates with research specialisations in all areas of philosophy, though their research interests should fit with the brand of philosophy informed by the social and/or natural sciences for which the Department is noted.

You will carry out teaching at undergraduate and graduate level, as well as conducting research.

You should have excellent research and teaching skills and be willing to contribute actively to the running of the Department. You should have a completed PhD by the time of appointment.

Applications must be received by 5:30 pm GMT by October 28, 09. Regrettably, we are unable to accept any late applications.

We value diversity and wish to promote equality at all levels.
