<p>At the TU Dresden the Junior Professorship in Philosophy of
Science (Jun.-Prof. Enno Fischer) offers a position as Research
Associate / PhD Student (m/f/x) in Philosophy of Science (subject
to personal qualification employees are remunerated according to
salary group E 13 TV-L) starting at the earliest possible date.
The position comprises 50% of the fulltime weekly hours and is
limited to 3 years. The period of employment is governed by the
Fixed Term Research Contracts Act (Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz
- WissZeitVG). The position aims at obtaining further academic
qualification (usually PhD).</p>
<p>Tasks: <br>
</p>
<p>- Independent scientific research in philosophy of science
leading to a PhD thesis</p>
<p>- teaching one course according HSDAVO</p>
<p>- academic collaboration at the Junior Professorship in
Philosophy of Science</p>
<p>- contributing to administrative tasks.</p>
<p>Requirements: <br>
</p>
<p>- completed university degree (M.A./M.Sc. level)</p>
<p>- proficiency in English or German</p>
<p>- teamwork, communication skills, and initiative</p>
<p>- interest in interdisciplinary work.</p>
