[MaFLa] abandoning digest

Dear list members,

Due to some technical issues, as the simplest solution, we have
abandoned the "digest" subscription type. Regarding the fact that the
average  number of messages sent to the list is less than 1 mail/day,
the "digest only" subscriptions have been automatically changed to
"plain" subscription.
