[PhilPhys] Call for papers - 16th UK and European meeting on the Foundations of Physics

Hi James,
I've already written to Guido. No we didn't know about the clash: this
is the first we've heard of the new date for the FoP meeting; it was
when it was scheduled for last year that the BSPS granted the
conference support.
We won't be able to move the BSPS conference now.
