[PhilPhys] Postdoc position in philosophy of science with focus on astrophysics (Jagiellonian University, 3 years, full time)

Dear all (with apologies for cross-posting),

This is an open call for a postdoctoral position (3 year, full time,
without teaching duties) within my project "Philosophical problems related
to black hole modeling" (funded by NAWA, BPN/PPO/2024/1/00018). The project
aims to utilize philosophical notions (including epistemic opacity,
generative entrenchment, theory-mediated measurement, criticisms of code
convergence studies, and parameterized formalisms) in understanding
epistemic and pragmatic choices scientists make in modeling of black holes,
with an emphasis on black hole imaging using EHT, ngEHT, and BHEX.
