I added  the following  to Pilate in the players.xml file:

keys="-6" coins="-6" bombs="-6"

I  thought it would crash the game but it  was worth a shot. Turned out  it worked. Though I feel it might be more balanced with  -5  on all  instead, so he starts with one of each.

And  yes, you  did, and you left a  reference to  the Bound's sprites  in Azazel. You added items to the  Lost and renamed him  the Last in the file and in  the Boss  Vs graphics.
