This list has now been running succesfully for many years, and has become the 
place for quantum foundations related announcements, including foundational 
aspects of quantum information, quantum structures etc.  However, there may be 
many young and new people in the field who were not around at the time the list 
started.  So this is an encouragement to forward joining instructions to those 
around you.  This is particularly important for young people looking for jobs.
